How to book
If you wish to attend one of our workshops or courses,
please click the booking form button at the bottom of each course or workshop
page. This opens a form which you can download and print out. Once completed,
please send by post with your payment to the address shown on the form.
Please note that members of BAPCA have discounted fees. To become a member of
BAPCA, go to their website from our Links page.
We communicate confirmation and reservation of your booking, or any other
CTBAPCA details, by email to our group members. If you do not have an email
address, we suggest that you find someone who does have access to email, who
might be willing to become your email buddy and who is agreeable for you to
either send or receive emails or do this on your behalf. We have several CTBAPCA
members who receive information in this way.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please note that we have a cancellation policy agreement with the Ashley Green
venue committee which requires us to give them no less than two weeks’ notice
prior to any of our events, should they need to be cancelled. As the running of
all workshops and courses depend on having enough participants attending, it is
important that we receive your booking form well before this period of notice.
We wish to avoid disappointment so booking early is paramount. We are unable to
refund fees paid unless we have to cancel events, in which case a full refund is
honoured. If you cannot attend a workshop or course that you have paid for,
please let us know, as we may be able to help you sell your place if we hold a
waiting list of hopeful delegates, or you may be able to sell your place to
someone you know who wishes to attend. Please consider that we do have fixed
overheads and that the workshops and courses are non-profit making. These
procedures are necessary to maintain the low cost of events which so many of us
enjoy.
The administrative work done to bring these workshops and courses to our group
is done on a voluntary basis, and when those involved have spare time to give to
the group. At times the work generated is considerable, so your cooperation and
understanding is greatly appreciated and helps us to ensure the smooth running
of successful workshops and courses. Thank you for your continued support, ideas
and suggestions - please keep them coming in! |
